The Bellicourt American Monument is located north of St. Quentin, Aisne. It commemorates achievements and sacrifices of 90,000 American troops who served with British forces. In particular it commemorates the 27th and 30th United States Infantry Divisions which broke local sections of the Hindenburg line fighting under the Australian Corps in September 1918. On the rear of the monument is a map showing local American operations with aids to trace them in local terrain.
