🍃 Here’s why I’ve been MIA the last 24 hours. I’ve retreated to the beautiful countryside of Provence in a wonderful centuries old mansion just 20 minutes away from Avignon where I got off my @raileurope train. But civilisation feels like years away. I’m usually a see and do it all kind of traveller, but while planning my 2.5 week itinerary across France, Charles insisted I relax in the countryside for a bit. So much so, he hunted down this place and booked me into the nicest chamber for 3 nights. There’s nothing to do here, and I’ve been enjoying that so much. From inhaling the lavender scented fresh country air, listening to the breeze and the cicadas, watching the sunrise and the moon set from my window and enjoying the gentle ripples of the stream reflected on the ceiling over my bed. And I’ve decided, we must spend some time with nature on every single trip. It’s the most delightful travel discovery of all. Would you agree? #FenêtreSurMaFrance #FranceFromAWindow #travelexperience #indiantravelblogger #raileurope #travelblogger #franceFR #AtourFrance #InFrance #Provence #countrysidefrance #hotelwindow #viewfrommywindow #frommywindow #windowview #stream #nature #france #europe
