French Riviera

Capital of cinema, and the city of stars and luxury, CANNES has also now become a renowned seaside resort where the sun (practically) always shines. Found in the middle of the French Riviera, GOLFE-JUAN is the center of pottery and has its history in a small village full of charm. ANTIBES is another city in the French Riviera renowned for its jazz festival and the great artists who have lived there, such as Picasso. The ramparts running parallel to the old city and For Carré stand as a testament to Antibe’s past as a garrison town. NICE is the colorful city of carnival located between the sea and mountains. It has a range of activities like the famous flower market and the must-do English Promenade, which borders the Bay of Angels. Last, but not least, is the bay of VILLEFRANCHE/MER. Located near Monaco and in between the Cap of Nice and Cap Ferrat, VilleFranche/Mer is one of the deepest natural harbors of any port in the Mediterranean Sea and provides a safe anchorage for large ships.
