Parcours de la Gastronomie concept in Paris Region

The Hôtel de la Marine is part of the Parcours de la Gastronomie en Île-de-France project, which promotes art de vivre and French gastronomy. The Parcours de la Gastronomie is a concept that aims to promote French gastronomy and the know-how of the Paris region’s producers, restaurateurs and craftsmen that make up the local food industry. The sites that form the Parcours de la Gastronomie are approved by a jury of 15 qualified specialists. Evolving itineraries will therefore be suggested over the course of the seasons to reflect new trends, new openings across the Paris region, the requirements of visitors and how well these sites combine with one another.

Exceptional Gourmet experiences in Paris and its region

For exceptional experiences, the region features restaurants in places as unusual as they are prestigious.
