Ski travel reassurance: how we’re ensuring stress-free holidays in French ski resorts this winter

The measures put in place for the opening of the 2021-22 season in ski resorts have been announced by the French government. Here's everything you need to know before booking your mountain holiday.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities

All staff in the French mountains are doing their utmost to ensure you experience an unrestricted and hassle-free holiday, and are at your disposal from the very first steps of your booking.

  • The general health measures taken by the French government in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic will be applied everywhere, and all our guests are encouraged to practise regular hand washing and use sanitising gel, cough or sneeze into a handkerchief or elbow, blow their nose into a disposable tissue and discard, wear a mask (everyone aged 11 and over) in all places where compulsory, greet without shaking hands, and avoid hugs. Please consult the official French government website here (External link) .
