Looking for a good party after a day of skiing (or between hitting the slopes)? Look no further—The Rock The Pistes Festival in the French Alps is calling your name. This March, the 9th edition of the Rock The Pistes (Rock The Slopes) takes place with skiing, sunbathing, and partying. It's a combination in white-gold!
Yet another reason for spring skiing in the Alps! In March, the Portes du Soleil are transformed into real festival grounds, with the temporary dancefloors and DJ stands built over the slopes. Only reachable by ski or snowboard, these 35 live concerts are set in a magnificent backdrop of the mountains. Be sure to arrive on time, as the concerts begin around noon!
Concerts on the slopes of Avoriaz, Abondance, Châtel, Les Gets, and more
For the 9th edition, we're seeing stars like Gaëtan Roussel, Charlie Winston, Offenbach, Feu! Chatterton, Hyphen Hyphen on the slopes of the Abondance, Avoriaz 1800, Champéry, Châtel and les Gets stations.
The concerts are accessible with Ski-Concert, a pass sold at all ticket distributers in the 12 ski resorts of the Portes du Soleil. The pass gives you access to all the slopes and the concerts in the five principle areas—30 concerts and after-ski events in the heart of the resorts.
