Historic Grand Prix

A 'must-see' of all the world's historic races, this event brings nothing but the most impressive historical cars to the mythical track of Monaco, delivering a rare, exceptional event for all spectators. Monaco ePrix

Established in 2015 with the aim to promote clean mobility technologies, Formula E is still today the only international championship in the world in which 100% electric cars compete against each other on a race track. The series, also held biennially, is booming since its debut and offers a sensational show to all fans of motorsport. Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters

Every April, Monaco hosts what is one of the most prestigious and exciting tennis tournaments, the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters. Taking place in the legendary setting of the Monte-Carlo Country Club (External link) , it has not only become a key fixture on the professional circuit, but also ranks as one of the nine "Super" tennis tournaments in the world. Considered a men's "tune-up" for the succeeding month's French Open, this is an event attended by the crème de la crème of tennis stars. No Finish Line

Join the fun – not just as a spectator! Run for a good cause through this community fundraising event, sponsored by Prince Albert II since 1999. Open to all runners and walkers, the goal is to run or walk as many times as desired on a 1400-metre circuit, which is open 24 hours a day for eight days. For every kilometre, one euro will go to help disadvantaged or sick children. A great event for locals and visitors alike, taking place every November. Monte-Carlo Rally

As you’ve probably guessed by now, motor racing is the N°1 sports activity in the Principality, thanks to the Automobile Club de Monaco. The Monte-Carlo Car Rally is another historic and prestigious annual motorsport rally event taking place every January and which starts and finishes in the Principality of Monaco, while the major part of the route takes place further north, particularly in the French departments of the Alpes-Maritimes, the Ardèche, the Drôme, the Hautes-Alpes and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, depending on the years.
