Fly solo or in a pair. From 8 years old and from 30kg to 120kg. Booking required, from 1st November.

Electric mountain biking: trips in the Nice back-country

From the Italian Border to Estérel, this e-bike trip lets you discover the most beautiful routes of the Alpes-Maritimes, between the sea and the mountains. The hilltop villages offer breath-taking views. The rider is accompanied by a qualified guide. Even if you are not an experienced sportsperson, the permanently electrically assisted mountain bikes let you cover more distance than with a traditional mountain bike. Trips every day, subject to booking. Day or half day trips.

Aqua biking in the sea: pedal on the waves!

To strengthen your muscles and your lung capacity while making the most of the magical Cote d'Azur views, get on a bike... in the water! In an idyllic setting upon departing from the Beaulieu port, discover aqua biking in the sea! Approved by the medical profession, this surprising practice is very popular among top-level sportspeople.

Stand Up Paddle: walk on water!

Solo or in a group, this water sport is ideal to learn how to use a board and paddle. You will learn about improving balance, paddle technique, curving and safety in an initial 30 minute session. Then it will be your turn to hit the big blue sea on the beaches of Antibes! To learn everything about this trendy sport, you can trust Céline Guesdon, who is state certified and the 2015 European Vice-Champion!
