After first launching in Hossegor in 2017 and south of Paris in 2019 - JO&JOE will open its doors in the east of Paris for the summer 2020.

Located in the heart of a young and vibrant district, this is one of 8 “Reinventing Paris” projects. Its aim is to promote mixed-use urban locations in order to better respond to changing trends in travel behavior, as well as offering public spaces open to all Parisians.

JO&JOE offers a true freedom by adapting to every taste, thanks to its multiple, modular living spaces designed for every need: for those wanting to live as part of a community, those who prefer more privacy, for solo travelers as well as for people seeking a space in which to live and socialize without actually staying there. Focused on a wide travel audience, this 1,465m² building hostel features almost 160 beds and a 110m2 rooftop with a bar & a restaurant.

Open to the public, this will be the place to meet and chat with Parisians in search of a new and lively venue, in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The bar and restaurant are the heart of the social experience - the cuisine is authentic, affordable and fresh. You’ll find a stage where artists of different horizons are performing : indie rock bands, electronic music DJ, stand-up comedy shows … all tastes are represented!
