The Roussillon wine route

With a wide selection of wines and landscapes, the Pyrénées-Orientales has no fewer than three different wine routes criss-crossing the region.
The three routes follow three natural valleys, which boast excellent conditions for vineyards and which demonstrate the extraordinary diversity of the region's wines (13 Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée, in addition to numerous Vins de Pays).

By following the area's most interesting routes, these waymarked itineraries allow visitors to explore charming villages and meet the region's enthusiastic wine-producers, while at the same time discovering spectacular and diverse landscapes, many of which have been shaped by man.

These three routes marked by 800 road signs will take you through the Vallée de l’Agly, Plaine du Roussillon and the Aspres-Albères-Côte Vermeille region.
