St Privat de Champclos

Along the Clèze River, there are over 2 miles of nudist beaches near the nudist centres of La Genèse, La Sablière and Le Ran du Château de Ferreyrolles.

 

Le Grau du Roi

The municipal authorisation of June 28, 1973 allocated a 450-metre (500-yard) stretch of beach between Espiguette and Baronnet for nude sunbathing. Beach club: Hélio Club de Nîmes.

 

In the department of Hérault

 

Cap d'Agde

The Club Naturiste du Cap d’Agde has a beach that is nearly one and a half miles long where you can try jet-skiing and scuba diving. Official authorisation dates from June 10, 1973. On the stretch between the Marseillan snack back and the channel of the port for the nudist village, members of the Club Naturiste du Cap d'Agde are often present.

 

Sérignan Plage

Also at the water’s edge in Hérault is the Serignan Plage Nature nudist camp site. There are many activities offered here, including: beach volleyball, water aerobics, gentle beach aerobics, and horseback riding. It is a perfect site for both young and old. Municipal authorisation issued June 24, 1972. There is also a family nudist beach 275 metres (300 yards) long, indicated by signs, near Sérignan Plage Nature and Le Clos du Ferrand.

Pisse-Vache at Saint-Pierre-la-Mer

Municipal authorisation issued December 11, 1974. Entry is restricted to card-holding members of the Centre Naturiste de La Grande Cosse.

 

Plage Mateille at Gruissan

Municipal authorisation issued August 24, 1993 – Nudist zone indicated by blue flags.

 

Beach at Port Leucate

Municipal authorisation issued June 14, 1996. Various nudist residences: Aphrodite, Oasis, Ulysse, Eden and GCU camp site. Lifeguards are on duty from
June to September.

 

Les Montilles at Port la Nouvelle

Municipal authorisation is more recent, dating from May 30, 2011.

 

In the department of Pyrénées-Orientales

 

Beach at Torreilles

The municipal authorisation of June 14, 1990 specifies a 450-metre (500-yard) zone between the first-aid hut and the mouth of the Bourdigou River.
