"Tobeen" at Bordeaux Fine Arts Museum
A poet of cubism
The exhibition was proposed to us by two Dutch researchers, Edo and Rosella Huber. The Museums of the Netherlands are indeed rich in works of the artist who, in his lifetime even, displayed so much in Amsterdam, Rotterdam as in The Hague.
"Tobeen", presented to the gallery of the Fine arts of Bordeaux will continue in autumn in the Dutch museum Flehite situated in Amersfoort. It includes hundred of works, landscapes, portraits, still life paintings, and wood engravings.
These works result from public institutions or from particular collections from France, Netherlands and Belgium.
Every day from 11am to 6pm, except on Tuesdays and public holidays.
Commented visits on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 4pm.
