Broaching of the "Yellow Wine"
This event, now internationally known, celebrates the broaching and tasting of the first Yellow Wine barrels before bottling. This unique wine is enjoyed after spending 6 years and 3 months in a barrel. Every year, tens of thousands of visitors come to celebrate the event. For this occasion, the locals open their wine cellars, their barns, etc. to allow visitors to discover the Wines of Jura and meet nearly 80 wine-growers.
