Enjoy specialties : marbled ham, Burgundy snails with Chablis, Chablis sausages, poached eggs, coq au chablis. Fruits, vegetables, herbs come mainly from three hectares of organic garden.
Anne-Claire Defaix graduated in hotel school, received the title of Master Restorer. This title showcases a restaurant that makes its on-site kitchen with fresh, healthy without dishes prepared.
