The Jean Wach Estate is a family run enterprise, covering 10 hectares (~25 acres) of vineyards. They produce a range of Alsacian wines, from Crémant to the Vendanges Tardives, as well as their two Grands Crus, Moenchberg and Wiebelsberg. Tour their family cellar, and sit for a tasting.

In July and August, every Monday at 5:30pm, there are walking tours of the vineyards, with tastings and explanations about the varieties as well.
