Our restaurant le Riviera has gained a reputation for its blend of traditional French cuisine and the regional delights of Provence.
The elegant, Italian-styled dining room seats 80 and when the weather is fine, there is no better place to dine than on the hotel’s paved terrace under a canopy of chestnut trees.
It is rare to find in a city such extensive and delightful gardens as those of Le Pigonnet. Guests are welcome to wander along its many pathways, sit on antique benches in hidden alcoves or find the very corner where the artist Paul Cezanne set up his easel to paint Mont Sainte-Victoire. The gardens are the perfect place to have a drink, read or just relax to the sound of trickling fountains.
It is Aix at its most serene where pine trees rise up from manicured hedges, and bronze or stone statues greet you from behind ancient magnolias.

The heated outdoor swimming pool from May to October provides guest with calm and indulgent alternative to visiting the centre of Aix.
